Please do not overthink your answers. Progress over perfection.

Your answers do not need to be polished. We use this step to uncover the strategy and messaging foundation for your website.

Your Buyer and Their Situation

We’ll start by understanding the real-world situation that leads someone to look for your solution.

What situation usually triggers someone to start looking for your solution?

What is happening in their business or life when they realize they need help? For example: stalled growth, team overwhelm, poor results, a major transition, or something else.

Who feels this problem most urgently?

Be as specific as you can. Include things like industry, role, company size, stage of growth, or type of client.

What is it costing them to leave this problem unsolved?

Think about time, revenue, missed opportunities, stress, team issues, reputation, or momentum.
